It belongs to a class of medicines known as tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), which work by blocking proteins involved in cancer cell growth and the formation of new blood vessels that feed tumors.Votrient should only be used under the supervision of an oncologist or other qualified healthcare professional.
